If you join the Spaces launch list, we store the email address you submit so we can confirm your signup and send major preview, access, or launch announcements.
What we store
Your normalized email address, when you joined, the signup source, basic browser user-agent metadata, delivery state, and an unsubscribe token. The waitlist table does not need to store your IP address.
What we use it for
Signup confirmation, Spaces preview invitations, important beta-access information, and major launch updates. The list is not sold and is not used for third-party advertising.
Email delivery
Spaces sends transactional and launch-list messages through our configured email delivery provider. A new signup may also generate an internal notification to the Spaces team inbox containing the signup email and source so we can track launch interest. Delivery status and failures may be recorded so we can avoid repeatedly sending broken mail.
Unsubscribing
Every automated launch-list email includes a link to manage or stop future launch-list emails. Unsubscribing keeps the minimal record needed to respect that choice unless the address is later submitted again.
